"Already Gone" is my super stylised debut promo for pop guitar band
The Kixx, featuring a cameo from the gorgeous and utterly charming
Emily Atack, of "The Inbetweeners" and "Dancing On Ice" fame.
She plays the focus of The Kixx's song: a bewitching - but psychotic - vixen who tries her best to seduce the band from atop a neon throne.
The band rock out in infinite black space; a minimalist neon junk-yard where they are lit with scores of structural light tubes and engaged in a face-off with this feisty, scorned siren...
The video marked my first time working together on a music video with the incredibly talented DoP
Dan Stafford-Clark, and my first promo with my fabulous stylist
Helen McGuckin.
